Brian J Zwit is an Executive Director in the Regulatory and Policy Team of the Legal Department at AOL, LLC. He is responsible for developing kids and teens, parental controls, security, safety, and privacy policies for AOL's products and working with the business and development teams to incorporate those policies into AOL's products.
Immediately before joining AOL, Brian was the Chief Counsel for Science and Technology at the National Association of Attorneys General. He also served as the Chief Counsel and Director of the Environment Project at NAAG and was an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Texas. Prior to entering the practice of law, Brian was an engineer with Exxon Chemical Americas in Baytown, Texas. He received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
