Why should you be a National Cyber Security Awareness Month champion?
Being a champion is a way for you to officially show your support for National Cyber Security Awareness Month and your commitment to cybersecurity. Being a champion is easy and does not require any financial support. Champions can include:
- Industry: companies of any size.
- Education: K-12 (including individual schools), colleges and universities, school districts, departments of education and school boards.
- Non-profit organizations: community-based, statewide, national and international, trade and professional associations
- Government: Federal, State, Local, and Tribal including municipalities, state agencies and smaller units within state or local governments.
As a champion of National Cyber Security Awareness Month, your organization will be asked to participate in NCSAM by reaching and educating customers, citizens, employees and communities through events, activities and/or other campaign distribution methods.
The NCSA will display all champion logos on our Web site.
